Responsibilities For Physical Design Engineer
- Participate in large complex design implementations using latest technology nodes
- Lead one or more disciplines in design closure as part of the design team
- Participate and drive peer reviews to ensure quality requirements
- Work with customers and design teams across multiple geographies
- Complete tasks with little supervision
- Lead projects and set direction for other project members
Requirements For Physical Design Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 12+ years experience
- Expertise in synthesis, design for test, floorplanning
- Experience in place and route, clock methodology
- Knowledge of power planning and analysis, timing closure
- Skills in signal integrity and physical design checks
- Expertise in multiple EDA vendor solutions
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements
