Requirements For SOI Design Engineer
- MS or Ph.D degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years experience in RFIC or Analog IC design, especially RF SOI Switch design
- Deep understanding of RF block and chain design, Analog sub-block(LDO, charge pump), ESD structure
- Deep understanding of RF front-end for mobile communication, RF SOI and CMOS device
- Proficient with Cadence Spectre, ADS and HFSS tools
- Layout experience with Cadence design flow
