Broadcom is seeking a Solutions Architect for their VMware Cloud Foundation team to provide technical leadership for customers' strategic IT programs. This role combines architectural expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, focusing on helping customers adopt VMware Cloud Foundation solutions. The position requires deep technical knowledge of cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and VMware technologies.
The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, Product Managers, Client Executives, and Pre-Sales teams to architect and demonstrate the value of VMware Cloud Foundation solutions. Within the first year, you'll become proficient in leading technical validations, conducting workshops, and developing customer-specific architecture plans.

Responsibilities For Solutions Architect - VMware Cloud Foundation
- Lead technical validation efforts for customers across VCF solution set
- Lead architecture and discovery calls in pre-sales process
- Lead product conversations highlighting features, benefits and capabilities
- Develop customer VCF consumption plans and future state architecture
- Coordinate solution proposals with partners and vendors
- Maintain expertise of VMware technologies
- Conduct workshops with customer stakeholders
- Participate in demos and proof of concepts
- Maintain knowledge of competitive offerings and architectures
Requirements For Solutions Architect - VMware Cloud Foundation
- BA/BS with 12+ Years Experience or MA/MS with 10+ Years Experience
- Eight or more years of IT experience
- IT Team/Departmental Leadership OR pre-sales customer facing experience
- Experience in developing IT strategies, architectures, roadmaps, and proposals
- Strong listening and consultative skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to present to executive audiences
- Broad architectural understanding of IT trends, cloud computing, and infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies
