Senior Security Engineer

Bumble Inc., the parent company behind popular dating and social networking apps Bumble, Badoo, and Bumble For Friends, is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join their mission of building the most trusted and secure dating experience globally. This role is crucial in protecting both corporate networks and production infrastructure through innovative security solutions.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $185,000-$197,500 and is based in Austin, TX, with a hybrid work arrangement. As a Senior Security Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing scalable security tooling and implementing robust security measures across the organization's hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities include designing and building custom security tools, leading security engineering projects, and participating in a global 24/7/365 Security Operations team. You'll work directly with engineering and IT teams to enhance system security controls and play a vital role in incident response and improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of host, network, and identity security in both Windows and Linux environments, along with strong programming skills in languages like Python or Go. Experience with modern security tooling and incident response is essential.
