Job Description

Cadence, a leading global electronic design automation company, is seeking a Principal Product Engineer for their Celsius Studio Multiphysics team. This role represents an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of technology in Electrical/Thermal/Mechanical solutions for Chip, package, PCB, 3DIC, and System design.

The position involves being a product specialist who will enable customers and the ecosystem to maximize the potential of Celsius Studio Multiphysics. As a Principal Product Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering product designs and project activities that meet customer expectations. The role involves working closely with the R&D team to enhance tools based on real customer demands, supporting key customer engagements, and acting as a domain expert in thermal and mechanical analysis.

  • Understanding and knowledge of 3DIC, SoC, Analog, PKG, and PCB designs and EDA tools
