The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of software development experience, with expertise in fraud detection, machine learning, and distributed systems. You'll work with modern technologies including Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Node.js, TypeScript, React, and more. The role involves designing and implementing systems to detect and mitigate fraud, developing machine learning models, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities For Senior Full Stack Engineer, Trust & Safety

  • Design and implement systems to detect and mitigate fraud, abuse, and other threats to platform integrity
  • Develop algorithms and machine learning models to identify patterns of malicious behavior
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliance
  • Build monitoring and alerting tools to proactively address emerging threats
  • Optimize performance and scalability of Trust & Safety systems
  • Conduct root cause analyses of incidents
  • Stay informed about new security threats and vulnerabilities
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building engineering culture
