Responsibilities For DevOps Engineer (Remote - US)
- Lead the technical implementation and operation of a new public-facing web platform hosted on Vercel
- Design and secure modern CI/CD deployment workflows in collaboration with frontend teams
- Configure preview environments, deployment protections, and environment variables
- Integrate observability tools for performance monitoring and edge/serverless functions
- Mentor and upskill DevOps team members on modern tools, workflows, and cloud-native patterns
- Support and enhance existing Azure infrastructure and Azure DevOps pipelines
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to recommend practical improvements
- Unify observability across platforms using Elastic Cloud; improve alerting and visibility stack-wide
- Establish and document meaningful monitoring standards across legacy and modern environments
Requirements For DevOps Engineer (Remote - US)
- 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure and Azure DevOps pipelines
- Familiarity with Next.js lifecycles and frontend deployment platforms (e.g., Vercel, Netlify)
- Proficiency in observability tools like Elastic Cloud or comparable platforms
- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, or TypeScript preferred)
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work full-time on U.S. Eastern or Central Time hours
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
