Responsibilities For Senior Platform Engineer, Workday (Workday Studio)

  • Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
  • Understand and translate business priorities while integrating HR value proposition
  • Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits
  • Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates
  • Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation
  • Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems

Requirements For Senior Platform Engineer, Workday (Workday Studio)

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 4 years experience in platform engineering on HR platforms (Workday, Peoplesoft, or Successfactors)
  • At least 2 years of experience designing and developing integration solutions
  • At least 2 years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP
