Software Engineer, Data

As our first software engineer focused solely on data, you'll lay the foundation for Captions' decision-making ability by building essential data processes, pipelines, systems, and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining our data engineering stack through data modeling and developing ETL pipelines, data warehouse, schemas, and storage solutions.
• Designing, building, and maintaining our analytics data warehouse.
• Partnering with data scientists to build scalable data processing solutions.
• Developing best practices for governance of sensitive data sets.
