Responsibilities For Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Remote - EMEA)

  • Operate and maintain cloud infrastructure across GCP and Hetzner, including Kubernetes clusters (GKE, Rancher)
  • Manage core infrastructure components within Kubernetes, such as Hashicorp Vault, Redis, and NGINX Ingress
  • Monitor system health using Grafana dashboards and alerts to ensure availability and reliability
  • Enhance security by implementing refined authorization, network segmentation, and data encryption strategies
  • Collaborate with software engineers to improve developer workflows
  • Identify opportunities for infrastructure improvement, including cost optimization, enhanced monitoring, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices

Requirements For Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Remote - EMEA)

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with a major cloud provider
