Responsibilities For eCommerce DevOps Engineer

  • Perform bug fixes, code updates, optimizations, and platform configurations for SFCC environments
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for production issues
  • Execute daily operational routines to maintain site performance, security, and reliability
  • Develop and maintain integrations between SFCC and backend systems
  • Build automated tools for monitoring, scaling, and synchronization
  • Enhance CDN functionality and improve website performance
  • Design and manage monitoring systems
  • Create disaster recovery plans and perform resilience testing
  • Participate in on-call rotations

Requirements For eCommerce DevOps Engineer

Kubernetes
  • 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform
  • 1-3 years of experience in enterprise eCommerce Website development and operations
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or Engineering
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to produce high quality work
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in platforms used for Build, Testing, Continuous Integration / Delivery, and monitoring
