Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology, is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their AI Group (CeloAI). This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AI/ML and business process optimization.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be part of a newly formed organization dedicated to developing state-of-the-art AI/ML technologies for Celonis products, particularly the Execution Management System (EMS). You'll work on both immediate product features and long-term strategic initiatives that establish Celonis's competitive advantage in execution management.

The role involves designing and developing AI/ML-based product features and customer solutions, along with their underlying infrastructure. You'll collaborate with solution engineers, customer value architects, and product managers to build scalable, high-quality AI/ML features. Key areas of focus include computer vision, natural language processing, data mining, recommendation systems, and knowledge base development.

Celonis offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $165,000 - $214,000 USD, plus bonus/commission, equity (RSUs), and comprehensive benefits.
