Responsibilities For Founding Engineer
- Architect and develop innovative features for our agentic services platform
- Create seamless, responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
- Build scalable, secure backend services and APIs to power platform functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and AI-driven solution standards
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote engineering best practices
- Partner with product management to translate requirements into impactful solutions
Requirements For Founding Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in startup settings
- Strong skills in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with modern software development practices and CI/CD tools
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or agentic systems
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Prior experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
