Responsibilities For SR Java Developer/Tech Lead
- Shape and steward end-to-end solution by translating business requirements into scalable designs
- Develop C4-style architecture diagrams and roadmaps
- Facilitate architectural decisions
- Collaborate with Product teams to refine technical epics
- Ensure high coding standards
- Design CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor team members
- Act as a technical liaison with stakeholders
Requirements For SR Java Developer/Tech Lead
- Deep expertise in Java (Java 21) and Spring Boot, including reactive programming
- Experience in designing event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Pub/Sub
- Strong SQL skills on PostgreSQL, plus familiarity with caching and NoSQL solutions
- Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), and API gateways
- Solid experience building CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing
- Understanding of design patterns, C4 modeling, and non-functional requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
