Software Engineer Test - Full Time - India Engineering/ UHR

Cisco's Secure Policy and Access (SPA) team is seeking talented individuals to build the next generation suite of services for the Intent Based Network. This role focuses on enhancing control of wired and wireless networks in both on-premise and cloud environments, providing near real-time actionable views across network, security, device, user, and applications.

As a Software Engineer Test in this position, you will be responsible for:

• System Testing
• Automation
• Performance/Scale Engineering and Testing

You'll work in a distributed development team within a highly automated Agile environment. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for solving complex problems and developing enterprise-grade products.

Key qualifications:

• Pursuing a CS / EE degree
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python
• Strong foundation in data structures, operating systems, and algorithms
• Good understanding of Networking, Virtualization, Cloud computing, DevOps, and CI/CD concepts
• Proven performer and team player
• Ability to learn and execute quickly
• Agility to adapt to changing requirements, scope, and priorities
• Effective collaboration skills to solve complex problems and build scalable, high-performance software
