Solutions Engineer

As a Cisco Networking Solution Engineer (previously called Technical Solution Architect), you will lead and support the field engineer community in Taiwan with strategic Networking Software Control Point opportunities. You will collaborate with the local Sales and Solution Engineer Team to cover customers, enable sales teams, engage in competitive selling, support large and complex Networking/Multi Domain deals, and help grow the business across a wide portfolio of Networking products. Your focus will be on Software Value Selling, with an extension to all strategic Networking portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evangelize Cisco Networking technology, products, solutions, and strategy in Cisco and in the market
• Work closely with Networking AE and field-focused SE for planning and execution of key initiatives
• Drive Cisco Networking Full Stack solution value selling and lead customer technology transformation and adoption
• Lead seminars, solution test drives, and workshops for engagement and enablement
• Build sales tools and demos necessary for engagement and enablement
• Provide support for strategic and complex deals
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive agreed technical strategies
• Drive partner development & enablement
• Conduct competition analysis and provide support in strategic deals
• Assist with new product introductions

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of specialized experience in Enterprise Networking (EN) and Meraki Full Stack solutions
• At least 10 years of technical roles in the ICT industry
• Comprehensive understanding of Cisco Networking products, solutions, and strategy
• Strong grasp of current Networking market trends and challenges
• Deep understanding of key Cisco competitors in the Enterprise Networking and Cloud environment
• Proven experience in collaborative teamwork
• Preferably holds CCIE RS/EI certification
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
