Clari is seeking a Software Engineer II, DevOps (CI/CD) to join their Developer Experience Team in Kraków, Poland. This role is crucial in building and maintaining the tools that enable Clari's engineering teams to efficiently build, test, publish, and deploy code. The position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on scaling cloud infrastructure for a rapidly growing enterprise SaaS platform that serves major companies like Okta, Adobe, Workday, and Zoom.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in CI/CD processes and tools, with strong knowledge of build automation, containerization, and Kubernetes. You'll be working in a collaborative environment where you'll help design and implement next-generation engineering experiences, including Internal Developer Portal, self-service environment provisioning, and continuous delivery pipelines.
The role combines technical expertise with collaborative problem-solving, requiring someone who can work effectively with engineering teams across the organization. You'll be part of Clari's Infrastructure organization, which is dedicated to enabling engineering velocity while maintaining reliability and cost-efficiency.

Responsibilities For Software Engineer II, DevOps (CI/CD)
- Help design and build the next-generation engineering experience, including Internal Developer Portal, self-service environment provisioning, continuous delivery pipelines, remote debugging, and distributed tracing
- Contribute to the creation of functional specifications and design documents for key areas within Developer Productivity
- Collaborate effectively with engineers across teams to solve complex technical problems
- Collaborate on the delivery of capabilities on the Developer Productivity roadmap
Requirements For Software Engineer II, DevOps (CI/CD)
- 2+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining tools and processes for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of software
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, TeamCity, or other pipeline tools, following industry best practices
- Software development experience, preferably in cloud-based enterprise software environments
- Experience with build automation (e.g., Bazel, Gradle, Maven, Yarn), artifact management (e.g., JARs, NPM, container images), and containerization (e.g., OCI, Docker, Jib)
- Experience with Kubernetes or AWS EKS and the ecosystem of related tools is a plus
- Familiarity with build tools (Bazel, Gradle), testing, static analysis, and reporting as it relates to pipeline automation is a plus
- Passion for using measurements and data to solve challenging problems and iterate quickly
- Experience working in a remote-first or distributed environment
