Product Engineer

Clarion is building the most advanced AI communication layer for healthcare, enabling clinics overwhelmed by routine calls and messages to finally come up for air. As a Product Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of transforming healthcare communication through innovative AI solutions.

The role combines frontend development expertise with product thinking to create intuitive interfaces and features that help healthcare providers better serve their patients. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including React, TypeScript, and generative AI to build solutions that automate complex workflows and improve healthcare communication.

We're a rapidly growing startup backed by prestigious investors including Accel, Y Combinator, and Sequoia (scout). Our team is led by experienced founders: Dr. Ryan Gallagher, a Stanford/Harvard-trained physician, and Jeffrey Lamothe, who brings extensive AI experience from Amazon Alexa and Salesforce.

Key technical challenges you'll tackle:

• Deploying production-scale generative AI systems with focus on safety and monitoring
• Building voice agents that understand medical terminology and handle complex clinical workflows
• Creating real-time voice infrastructure processing speech in milliseconds
• Integrating with diverse healthcare platforms from modern APIs to legacy systems
• Developing highly personalized AI experiences that adapt to individual communication styles
