As an Onboarding Engineer at CleverTap, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of CleverTap's Mobile and Web Application SDK's and smooth onboarding of new customers. You'll work directly with technical stakeholders and development teams, guiding them on integrating CleverTap SDK's and API's. Your responsibilities include reducing "Time to Value" (TTV), building relationships with customers, educating and training business users and developers, and acting as a product consultant. You'll participate in technical discussions, document requirements, and maintain customer satisfaction through continued technical support and troubleshooting.
