Description For Onboarding Engineer

As an Onboarding Engineer at CleverTap, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of CleverTap's Mobile and Web Application SDK's and smooth onboarding of new customers. You'll work directly with technical stakeholders and development teams, guiding them on integrating CleverTap SDK's and API's. Your responsibilities include reducing "Time to Value" (TTV), building relationships with customers, educating and training business users and developers, and acting as a product consultant. You'll participate in technical discussions, document requirements, and maintain customer satisfaction through continued technical support and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Guide technical integration of CleverTap SDK's and API's
  • Ensure smooth and timely customer onboarding
  • Work with Customer Success Managers to build relationships and train customers
  • Define technical solutions and requirements for customer use cases
  • Participate in technical discussions and provide input to internal teams
  • Document technical requirements and create content
  • Enable and sign off on customer campaigns
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting

Required skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, Hybrid)
  • Knowledge of Web Technologies, APIs & Integration Techniques
  • Ability to translate and troubleshoot various Scripting Languages
  • Experience with SDK integration
  • Technical problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of Software Design, Deployment, and Database concepts
  • Project Management knowledge
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
