As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll be instrumental in ensuring bug-free product releases across different product lanes. You'll be working with CleverTap's innovative products, including Clever.ai for AI-powered engagement and TesseractDB™, their purpose-built data platform with 11 patents. The role combines technical expertise in automation with strategic quality assurance processes.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years focused on automation. You'll need strong programming skills in Java or JavaScript, and experience with UI/API testing. Your work will directly impact product quality through test automation, comprehensive documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities For Senior Automation QA Engineer
- Prepare test plans, scenarios and write programs to test the software
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define acceptance criteria
- Participate in requirements, design, and review meetings
- Analyze Business, Functional, Technical, Mobile applications and UI testing requirements
- Prepare reports on software testing
- Automate test cases for both UI and API scenarios
- Contribute to automation frameworks
Requirements For Senior Automation QA Engineer
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in Web, Mobile and API Testing in both Automation & Manual testing
- 5+ years of experience in QA, preferably with Product Companies
- 2+ years of experience in Automation
- Strong experience developing in Java or Javascript
- Experience in using UI and/or API test automation tools
- Experience with Continuous Integration systems (Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo) preferred
- Experience with Karate or TestCafe a plus
- Security + Scale testing experience preferred
