Cloudflare is seeking a Technical Support Shift Engineer to join their Customer Support Team in either Singapore or Sydney. Responsibilities For Technical Support Shift Engineer

  • Manage daily operations and regional support coverage across chat, calls, and ticket queues
  • Lead incident response for P0/P1 incidents
  • Monitor support KPIs and analyze trends
  • Handle real-time escalations
  • Coordinate operational workflows
  • Provide clear shift handovers and maintain operational continuity

Requirements For Technical Support Shift Engineer

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or operations role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with support tooling (Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira, Slack, Zoom)
  • Proficiency in networking fundamentals
  • Experience with command line tools (dig/traceroute/curl/tcpdump)
  • Experience writing scripts in Bash, Python, JavaScript
  • Experience supporting cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with Cloudflare platform
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
