Cognitiv, an innovative AdTech company founded in 2015, is revolutionizing the advertising industry with their Deep Learning Advertising Platform. They're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Features Generation team in Bellevue, WA. This role is crucial in building and maintaining the features that power their machine learning models, directly impacting campaign performance.
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office collaboration Monday through Wednesday and remote work options for Thursday and Friday. The role focuses on building low-latency pipelines, leveraging LLMs for embeddings, and maintaining feature reliability while working closely with data scientists.
The tech stack includes Python, SQL (ClickHouse), Spark, C#, Docker, RedPanda, and Flink. The ideal candidate should be an expert in Big Data and SQL, with strong Python programming skills and a collaborative mindset. Experience with machine learning pipelines, feature engineering, and large-scale Spark jobs would be advantageous.

- Build low-latency pipelines to deliver user features to Feature Store within seconds
- Generate user and contextual embeddings using LLMs
- Maintain and expand features while ensuring reliability
- Collaborate with data scientists to define, prioritize, and ship new features
