Responsibilities For Dedicated Support Engineer

  • Use product knowledge to address individual tickets through troubleshooting, escalation, and customer service
  • Develop utility and monitoring scripts using JavaScript, Python and AWS services
  • Respond quickly to critical customer issues
  • Lead technical outage bridges and engage appropriate resources
  • Track and report operational workflows
  • Contribute to design considerations for new products
  • Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members
  • Perform routine maintenance tests

Requirements For Dedicated Support Engineer

  • Understanding of web services (HTTP, Web API, Web protocols)
  • Experience in Python and Java or JavaScript
  • Understanding of Git and Gitflow
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 2-5 years relevant work experience
  • Must be willing to be part of 24x7 on-call rotation
