Site Reliability Engineer

Commify, a leading business communication company, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their growing team. Operating across 9 countries and serving over 70,000 businesses globally, Commify facilitates more than 5 billion communications annually through their state-of-the-art products including SMS, WhatsApp, and Email technologies.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing system performance and reliability. The position involves working with both physical and Cloud infrastructures, particularly Microsoft Azure, to ensure exceptional messaging solutions for customers. You'll be responsible for monitoring systems, implementing scalability solutions, automating processes, and troubleshooting various technical issues.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Terraform, App Services, and Kubernetes, along with significant experience in Microsoft Azure. You'll need to be proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, C#, Ruby, or Python for automation purposes. Familiarity with monitoring solutions such as Datadog and Azure Application Insights is essential.
