Concentrix, a Fortune 500 company and global leader in technology and services, is seeking a Cloud Resiliency Engineer with English and French language capabilities. This role is integral to their Technical Product Services team, focusing on delivering transformation, data, and technology services to world-class brands.
The position combines deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure with strong disaster recovery and business continuity knowledge. As a Cloud Resiliency Engineer, you'll be responsible for improving the reliability and recoverability of cloud environments, designing Major Incident Response Plans, and providing strategic recommendations to strengthen customers' resilience against disruptions.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure architecture, high availability design, and site reliability engineering practices. You'll need to demonstrate strong technical consulting abilities and excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities For Cloud Resiliency Engineer with English and French
- Support customers through focused technical engagements
- Improve reliability, continuity, and recoverability of cloud environments
- Assess cloud infrastructure and resiliency processes end-to-end
- Identify risks and align to best practices
- Design and evaluate Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs)
- Deliver clear, actionable recommendations
Requirements For Cloud Resiliency Engineer with English and French
- Deep experience with high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) design in Microsoft Azure
- Solid understanding of Azure architecture, including infrastructure, Availability Zones, backup/recovery, and monitoring services
- Familiarity with cloud-native resiliency patterns and site reliability engineering (SRE) methods
- Experience in business continuity planning, incident response coordination, and process maturity assessments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Background in technical consulting or assessment-based delivery engagements
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- English and French language proficiency
