Responsibilities For Resolution Specialist - VR Developer Support

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of software products
  • Prioritize, investigate, and debug technical issues
  • Communicate technical resolutions and workarounds
  • Deliver high-end white-glove customer experience
  • Resolve escalated non-standard tickets using critical thinking
  • Collaborate with developers to provide feedback to product team
  • Perform retrospectives and develop training materials
  • Ensure service meets contractual KPIs

Requirements For Resolution Specialist - VR Developer Support

JavaScript
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of gaming and App development on VR platforms
  • Familiarity with gaming or VR related SDK, API, game development and coding languages
  • Experience with ticketing models such as Salesforce
  • Experience investigating and debugging technical issues
  • Must reside in the United States
  • 18 Years of age or older with High School Diploma or GED
  • Extensive experience with video gaming
  • Experience with VR Oculus headset preferred
  • 1-3 years of Technical Support or Help Desk experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree preferred
