Job Description

Conduct is seeking AI-native product engineers to join their team in London, focusing on helping large companies modernize their legacy ERP systems. This role combines excellent software engineering with LLM expertise, requiring full-stack capabilities across frontend UI, backend logic, and AI integration. The position offers an opportunity to work on high-impact projects with direct customer interaction, building and shipping features that matter.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional software engineer with strong product instincts and demonstrated ability to work effectively with LLMs. The role involves working across the entire stack using primarily TypeScript and Kotlin, with significant emphasis on LLM integration for both real-time and async workflows. The company maintains a strong in-person culture at their Fitzrovia office, fostering team collaboration and rapid iteration.

Conduct offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive compensation, EMI share options, full health coverage, and flexible leave policy. The company values diversity and maintains an inclusive culture built around three core principles: operating as a sports team, obsessing over impact, and seeking truth. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who want to shape the future of enterprise software while working with cutting-edge AI technology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
