New Grad Software Engineer

Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. We're developing intuitive software paired with AI agents to automate thousands of hours of tedious manual work involved in scaling retail brands. Our platform helps brands like Tropicana and Olipop manage billions in retail revenue through accounting and planning solutions.

As a full-stack engineer, you'll be at the forefront of feature development, working on:

• AI-powered financial document processing using computer vision and NLP
• Scaling data collection capabilities across multiple sources
• Building financial analytics and forecasting systems
• Creating intuitive user interfaces for complex data visualization
• Direct customer interaction to understand needs and craft user experiences

We're a rapidly growing company with millions in ARR and recently secured Series A funding. The role offers significant opportunity to shape our product landscape and make direct impact on customer success.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong technical background with 2+ years of engineering experience
• Backend or ML/AI experience (highly preferred)
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
• Passion for early-stage startup environment
• CS or equivalent degree
• Interest in learning the CPG industry
