Software Engineer

Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. We're building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands automate the 1000s of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail. Brands like Tropicana and Olipop use our first products in accounting and planning to account for and plan for $Bs of retail revenue.

As a full-stack engineer at Confido, you will spearhead the development of new features and systems from the ground up. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the product landscape and make a tangible impact on our technology and our customers.

We have millions in ARR, best-in-class growth, and recently raised an unannounced Series A. You'll be working on cutting-edge technologies including AI-powered document processing using computer vision and NLP, scaling data collection capabilities, and building financial analytics and forecasting systems.

The role requires a strong technical background with experience in full-stack development, particularly in backend or ML/AI. You'll be interfacing directly with customers to understand their needs and craft intuitive user experiences. We're looking for someone who is scrappy, passionate about learning the CPG industry, and excited about working in an early-stage startup environment where you'll touch all parts of the product.
