Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer MES
- Deliver second-line support for MES platforms
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve MES system issues
- Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and patches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Document support activities and solutions
- Develop or configure new system functionalities
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Provide training and support to MES users
- Contribute to testing and deployment of new functionalities
- Apply agile methodologies for project management
Requirements For Senior Software Engineer MES
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Software development, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT support
- Experience with MES platforms (CMF and/or Apriso)
- Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of database technologies and SQL
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficient in programming languages (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations
