This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote. The position requires 8+ years of experience in ensuring quality for high-performance web applications serving millions of monthly users.
The role involves comprehensive quality assurance responsibilities, from test case definition to process improvement. Responsibilities For Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Land.com
- Define and execute test cases to evaluate software functionality, integration, and reliability
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide feedback during grooming meetings
- Investigate, log, and escalate defects identified during testing
- Collaborate with QA team members on improving testing methods and strategies
- Coordinate testing for releases
- Ensure products conform to business requirements and quality standards
- Monitor and analyze test results, identify trends and provide recommendations
- Drive continuous process improvement and implement best practices
Requirements For Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Land.com
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college
- 5+ years of experience in manual software testing
- Experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to validate data at the database level
- Experience in API testing and tools like Postman
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience testing web-based and backend applications
