Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer
- Design and develop high performance web applications used by thousands of users globally
- Drive continuous improvement by focusing on engineering excellence
- Influence CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Collaborate closely with other Software Engineers across the organization
- Mentor junior developers, review code and architecture, and promote software development best practices
- Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities and best practices
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the CRE Industry and CoStar's business model/technology
Requirements For Senior Software Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not for profit university or college
- 6+ years of production development experience in modern technologies
- Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Cloud Managed Services
- Experience in Agile/Scrum processes and Continuous delivery practices
- Experienced in unit, performance, and automation testing
- Deep understanding of business drivers
- Ability to mentor developers and build consensus
