Responsibilities For Lead Full Stack Engineer (.Net, Vue/React) - Fully Remote CET Timezone
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of SaaS applications, providing technical direction to the development team
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless user experiences
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability for high-traffic environments
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best coding practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs promptly, maintaining platform stability and reliability
- Implement security and compliance best practices for web applications
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Mentor and support junior developers, fostering professional growth and team effectiveness
Requirements For Lead Full Stack Engineer (.Net, Vue/React) - Fully Remote CET Timezone
- 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with proven leadership on complex SaaS applications
- Strong proficiency in front-end (JavaScript, Vue, React) and back-end technologies (.NET Core, C#)
- Expertise in RESTful API design (OpenAPI, Swagger) and cloud platform experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a senior or leadership role, with experience guiding development teams
- Strong knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and testing experience
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and cloud infrastructure
- In-depth understanding of web security best practices and regulatory compliance
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Passion for staying updated with emerging software trends and industry best practices
