Responsibilities For Lead Full Stack Engineer (Node.js & React/Vue) - Hybrid
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of SaaS platform
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Full Stack Engineers team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive architectural decisions and establish coding standards
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards
- Identify technical debt and lead optimization initiatives
- Champion security and compliance initiatives
- Stay updated with latest trends and technologies
Requirements For Lead Full Stack Engineer (Node.js & React/Vue) - Hybrid
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Node.js and related technologies
- Proficiency in Node.js, Vue.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, and TypeScript
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Understanding of OOP principles, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Experience with container technologies like Docker
- Experience with Nest.js is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
