Senior Full Stack Engineer (Support & Observability Focus)

CoverGo, a leading global no-code insurance platform, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a focus on Support & Observability to join their global engineering support team. This role combines technical problem-solving with customer support, requiring expertise in both software engineering and system reliability. As part of the frontline technical team, you'll work directly with customers, troubleshoot platform issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve systems and processes.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies including Kubernetes, Terraform, and GraphQL across multiple cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP). The role requires a night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM Vietnam Time) and combines hands-on coding with support responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience and be comfortable with both technical challenges and customer interaction.
