Senior Full Stack Engineer (Support & Observability Focus)

CoverGo is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a focus on Support and Observability. This role combines technical expertise in full-stack development with a strong emphasis on system support and monitoring. The position requires experience in technical support or platform engineering, with hands-on coding abilities in .NET or NodeJS. The ideal candidate will be comfortable diagnosing live issues, handling incident response, and working with cloud services to resolve system-level problems. This is a remote position with a night shift schedule (Vietnam Time 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM), requiring candidates to be based in eligible locations including Turkey, Belarus, Georgia, or Romania. The role demands strong debugging skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and experience in production environments.
