Responsibilities For Lead Developer (m/f/d) for AI-Powered Software Development
- Lead and coach an international, cross-functional development team
- Establish architecture guidelines and implementation standards for AI-powered development workflows
- Build robust QA processes and meaningful performance metrics
- Scale AI coding practice across all areas of Covestro
- Drive adoption of innovations using AI coding assistants and automation tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new AI-powered development opportunities
Requirements For Lead Developer (m/f/d) for AI-Powered Software Development
- University degree in computer science, software development, or related field
- Practical experience with AI tools in development workflows
- Technical leadership experience in software delivery
- Experience leading international DevOps teams
- Technical expertise in AWS IaC with CDK, Single Page Applications, and serverless backend
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and contemporary development methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
