Responsibilities For AI Engineer
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve AI systems
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI functionalities
- Research and implement the latest advancements in AI technologies
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models
- Provide technical support to other teams in utilizing AI solutions
- Document development processes, model designs, and results
- Participate in code reviews and share best practices
- Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of AI initiatives
Requirements For AI Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG and Agentic AI
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for deploying AI solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills
