Job Description

Crusoe is revolutionizing AI cloud infrastructure with a mission to align computing's future with climate sustainability. As a Staff Software Engineer on the Managed Orchestration team, you'll be at the forefront of building their next-generation orchestration platform for GPU-accelerated and high-performance computing at scale.

The role involves shaping the technical direction of their managed Kubernetes service, enabling customers to run advanced workloads across CPUs, NVIDIA and AMD GPUs, and high-performance networking environments. You'll be responsible for architecting complex distributed systems that integrate GPU operators, network operators, and CNI technologies with Kubernetes, while supporting high-performance fabrics like InfiniBand and RoCE.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology at the intersection of AI infrastructure and sustainability. You'll lead core platform features, drive GPU acceleration integration, develop advanced container networking capabilities, and contribute to open-source communities. The role requires deep technical expertise in Kubernetes, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure, combined with strong leadership abilities to influence cross-functional teams.

The company offers competitive compensation ($204,000 - $247,000) plus RSUs, and values technical excellence, innovation, and sustainability. You'll be joining a team that's setting new standards in responsible, high-performance cloud infrastructure, making a real impact on how AI workloads are deployed and managed at scale.

If you're passionate about distributed systems, have deep Kubernetes expertise, and want to shape the future of sustainable AI infrastructure, this role offers the perfect blend of technical challenges and meaningful impact.
