As a Founding Solutions Engineer, you'll be the bridge between cutting-edge infrastructure and developers. Key responsibilities include:

• Day-1 Impact: Become the primary technical contact for early adopters, guiding agent workloads from proof-of-concept to production
• Customer Integrations & Success: Design integration plans, architecture reviews, and best-practice playbooks
• Developer Experience & Advocacy: Author documentation, host workshops, and engage with the community
• Product Feedback Loop: Synthesize user feedback and contribute to core development

The ideal candidate should:

• Have strong infrastructure knowledge with ability to explain complex concepts
• Experience with backend systems and pair-programming
• Excel at technical presentations and demonstrations
• Prioritize reliability, isolation, and safety

Requirements:

• BS in CS (or equivalent) with 2+ years backend/infrastructure experience
• 1+ year in customer-facing technical roles
• Experience with Docker/K8s, cloud services, and security
• Strong communication skills
