Datacurve AI Inc. is building a gamified developer platform, empowering tens of thousands of coders to compete in exciting software engineering challenges. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will join a fast-moving team dedicated to solving challenging technical problems, designing engaging gamification experiences, and shaping the foundations to support developers worldwide. Your responsibilities include designing intuitive user interfaces, collaborating with product managers and backend engineers, architecting scalable frontend solutions, driving frontend best practices, and optimizing user experiences based on data insights. Responsibilities
- Design and implement intuitive, attractive, and engaging user interfaces that captivate developers
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build seamless gamified experiences and interactive coding challenges
- Architect scalable frontend solutions, ensuring maintainability, performance, and reliability as the platform rapidly grows
- Drive frontend best practices, code quality, and mentorship within the engineering team
- Continuously experiment, iterate, and optimize user experiences based on data-driven insights and user feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building scalable, performant frontend applications using React and TypeScript
- Strong proficiency in styling responsive, attractive user interfaces with Tailwind CSS
- Solid understanding of data fetching, state management, and API integration using GraphQL
- Proven ability to architect maintainable, modular frontend codebases and establish best practices
- Experience building and maintaining reusable component libraries and frontend design systems
- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and best practices (e.g., Vitest, React Testing Library, MSW)
- Passion for crafting delightful user experiences and attention to detail in UI/UX design
- A proactive mindset, iterating quickly based on user feedback and data-driven insights
