The Security Engineering team plays a crucial role in protecting the platform that powers AI agents handling sensitive customer data while defending against sophisticated AI-enabled threats at scale. As a Senior Security Engineer, you'll lead the application security strategy and implementation for Decagon's conversational platform, ensuring the highest standards of security and privacy are maintained.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on application security engineering experience, with deep expertise in secure software development practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessment. You'll be responsible for implementing security controls, establishing testing programs, and building security tooling while working closely with product engineering teams.
