Deel is seeking a CloudOps Engineer to join their global team dedicated to helping businesses hire anyone, anywhere, easily. As a CloudOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and managing monitoring and observability tools, overseeing Active Directory infrastructure, supervising AWS deployments, maintaining DevOps tools, and managing product microservices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and managing monitoring and observability tools
- Overseeing Active Directory infrastructure and Windows OS operations
- Supervising AWS EKS deployments
- Maintaining and enhancing DevOps tools (CI/CD, IaC)
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting product microservices and databases
The ideal candidate should have:
- 4+ years of Infrastructure Operations experience, with 2+ years in DevOps
- Experience with cloud computing (preferably AWS)
- Strong scripting skills (bash, Python, PowerShell)
- Experience with IaC tools like Terraform
- Familiarity with GitOps, CI/CD, and monitoring tools
- Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset

- Knowledge of alerting and monitoring tools (DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to drive projects from inception to implementation
