Responsibilities For Lead SQL Developer
- Manage Report Engineering Development team
- Oversee development of customized database reports
- Drive best practices and technologies for reporting and analytics
- Implement DevExpress / SSRS reporting
- Lead team transition from SSRS to DevExpress
- Ensure customer excellence and maintain strong relationships
- Participate in Agile Scrum team activities
- Work with Product Owners and Technical Management for sprint planning
- Ensure development best practices implementation
- Maintain information security standards
Requirements For Lead SQL Developer
- Strong knowledge of SQL and SQL Management Studio
- Knowledge of modern relational databases and best practices
- Experience with SSRS / DevExpress Reports
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Ability to gather requirements from clients
- Experience in documenting SQL development projects
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot database issues
- Organizational skills with ability to work independently
