Responsibilities For Lead SQL Developer

  • Manage Report Engineering Development team
  • Oversee development of customized database reports
  • Drive best practices and technologies for reporting and analytics
  • Implement DevExpress / SSRS reporting
  • Lead team transition from SSRS to DevExpress
  • Ensure customer excellence and maintain strong relationships
  • Participate in Agile Scrum team activities
  • Work with Product Owners and Technical Management for sprint planning
  • Ensure development best practices implementation
  • Maintain information security standards

Requirements For Lead SQL Developer

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and SQL Management Studio
  • Knowledge of modern relational databases and best practices
  • Experience with SSRS / DevExpress Reports
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Ability to gather requirements from clients
  • Experience in documenting SQL development projects
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot database issues
  • Organizational skills with ability to work independently
