Job Description

Dell Technologies is seeking entry-level software engineers for their Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Software Engineering Rotation Program. This unique program offers new graduates the opportunity to gain diverse experience through three 12-month rotations across different projects and technical solutions. Based in either Hopkinton, MA or Round Rock, TX, participants will work on cutting-edge software development for platforms, peripherals, applications, and diagnostics.

The role offers comprehensive mentorship with technical experts and peer advisors, providing daily support and helping new hires integrate into Dell's culture. The program focuses on delivering next-generation software applications and new products, using advanced technologies and modern software engineering methodologies. Participants will gain hands-on experience with various technologies including Python, Java, and Kubernetes, while working in a collaborative, global team environment.
