Product Operations Senior Engineer

Dell Technologies is seeking a Product Operations Senior Engineer to join their team in Bukit Mertajam, Malaysia. This role is crucial in coordinating operational activities for new product introductions, particularly for Client class products (Notebook & Desktop). The position involves managing the timely introduction of new products to Dell's global fulfillment facilities while ensuring quality standards and ramp plan targets are met.

The role requires collaboration with global teams across Operations, Procurement, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure smooth product launches and engineering change management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate Bill of Materials structures, providing operational support, and leading process improvements across multiple regions.
