Job Description
Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior Developer to join their Global Rules Development team in Bucharest. This role is part of the Software Engineering team that delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products. The position focuses on building and maintaining infrastructure and code for automation in the DFS credit space, with a particular emphasis on migrating from Fico/Blaze to Kotlin/Drools applications and implementing AI infrastructure for various applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Java development experience and be comfortable working independently as part of a small team. Responsibilities For Senior Developer
- Build infrastructure/framework to migrate code from Fico/Blaze to Kotlin/Drools application
- Implement AI infrastructure for applications coding to LLM APIs
- Build deployment infrastructure
- Develop technical solutions to meet business requirements
- Work with business teams to implement additional functionality and change requests
Requirements For Senior Developer
- 5+ years as a Java developer
- Experience coding in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of SQL Java programming
- Knowledge of build scripts (Maven, Gradle or Ant)
- Knowledge of Git
- Knowledge of Javascript web programming environment such as Angular (desired)
- Knowledge of Git building pipelines and basic understanding of Kubernetes deployment (desired)
- Knowledge of rules environments such as Blaze or Drools (desired)
