Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior Developer to join their Global Rules Development team in Bucharest. This role is part of the Software Engineering team that delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products. The position focuses on building and maintaining infrastructure and code for automation in the DFS credit space, with particular emphasis on migrating from Fico/Blaze to Kotlin/Drools applications and implementing AI infrastructure for LLM APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong Java development experience and be comfortable working independently as part of a small team. Responsibilities For Senior Developer
- Build infrastructure/framework for migrating code from Fico/Blaze to Kotlin/Drools application
- Implement AI infrastructure for applications coding to LLM APIs
- Build deployment infrastructure
- Develop technical solutions to meet business requirements
- Work with business teams to implement additional functionality and change requests
Requirements For Senior Developer
- 5+ years as a Java developer
- Experience coding in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of SQL Java programming
- Knowledge of build scripts (Maven, Gradle or Ant)
- Knowledge of Git
- Knowledge of Javascript web programming environment such as Angular (desired)
- Knowledge of Git building pipelines and basic understanding of Kubernetes deployment (desired)
- Knowledge of rules environments such as Blaze or Drools (desired)
