Full-Stack Developer

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank's technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Based in Bucharest since 2013, the Technology Centre plays a vital role in the Bank's technology transformation. The role is within the TDI Engineering Platforms and Practices team, focusing on enabling enterprise governance for the development process.

As a Full-stack Developer, you'll join the Strategy and Transformation group working on Developer Experience and Productivity tooling. You'll be responsible for designing and enhancing tool suites supporting DORA, SPACE, and DevEx frameworks while promoting Engineering Culture through supporting strategies and experimentation.
