Founding Engineer - Frontend

DIB6 is a well-funded startup backed by a top VC incubator, currently operating in stealth mode to build a cybersecurity platform defending American industries. We're seeking a Founding Frontend Software Engineer to join our team in the Greater Boston Area.

As a founding engineer, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an MVP and executing our ambitious roadmap. Your contributions will be compensated with meaningful equity and a competitive salary. The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a frontend developer
• Strong skills in TypeScript or JavaScript
• Passion for crafting high-quality user experiences
• Willingness to work in an early-stage startup environment
• Prior startup experience and knowledge of cybersecurity (preferred)

You'll be working with a tech stack that includes TypeScript and React for the frontend, Go for backend, and PostgreSQL for database management. The role involves collaborating closely with the team, shaping the product roadmap, and contributing to the company culture.

This position reports directly to the CTO and offers the opportunity to work on business-critical functionality in a dynamic environment. Your expertise will be trusted and respected, and your voice will be heard in key decisions.

We're hiring only in the United States, with a preference for candidates in the Northeast who can meet in person often. The role may require travel for team offsites and sync-ups.
